Compensation Model

  • Retainer Fee Structure with rebate​

  • Contingent / At Risk Compensation Model​

    • A2R is paid only when we create value​

  • No upfront fees​

    • Commission rates for our services:​

      • 30% of negotiated savings for agreements with a TCV value of $400,000 - $2 million​

      • 25% of negotiated savings for agreements with a TCV valued at > $2 million​

      • 20% of negotiated savings for agreements with a TCV of > $5M​

  • Commission paid for the Total Contract Value of the agreement​

  • Clients pay A2R as and when they pay supplier ​

    • NPV Discounts are available for early payment​

  • Vendor Management Organization Consulting Services​

    • Retainer Fee Structure​

    • Engagement specific deliverables​
